Blue Wave-Marikina, also known as Blue Wave at Marquinton, is a mall and office complex in Marikina City, Metro Manila, developed by Federal Land. It sits on a 2 hectares (4.9 acres) site just off the Sumulong Highway, at the northwest corner of the intersection with Mayor Gil Fernando Avenue.

  • Its a nice Place., very practical, very convenient. and very engaging. There's Jollibee, Pizza Hut, Yellow Cab, Max's FC, KFC, Starbucks, Pancake House and Gerry's Grill., etc. Theres a couple of cinema. Plus. 2 condominium Building's and a third one rising as I type this. This place is very Prime if you ask me. Its near Rodriguez Hospital, Rodriguez Sport Center, MKNA Wet Market, City Hall and Schools. Plus a few minutes away from Cubao and Sta. Lucia. 10/07/2008 Morning. 17
