  A more interesting question is whether or not that "ramp to nowhere" towards the south will be integrated into the project. It wouldn't be easy to do it; then again, it would be a waste if it wasn't used (considering it links up to a major roadway).

  if this property can link a corridor to PWTC LRT station then it will prefect, a prefect building must attach with a good transportation link. this will a valuable property.it also will be a another landmark, because kl centre garden just nearby.
