Formerly a very nice small enclosed mall. It succumbed due to competition from the much larger Monmouth Mall to the North in Eatontown. Now a big box center including Sears from the original mall, Costco, WoW, PetSmart, Target, and several smaller stores. Value City closed in 2008, Lowes closed due to structural failure of the foundation. The entire site is a former landfill (dump).

    Actually there is no Home Depot here. A Lowe's was here, but the ground started shifting underneath, so they moved to a site on rt.35 in Eatontown. There is a Sears here, though.
