A combination indoor/outdoor flea market. This establishment provides a large shopping area where many various items can be found and areas are available for people to bring and sell their own posessions. It also generates traffic problems for Englishtown road and as far away as Texas Road in Old Bridge on weekend mornings when the weather is nice. These problems are usually made worse by police interveining and controlling traffic lights in the area, most notably the one at the intersection of Texas Road and Englishtown road. 20 minute delays are common due to the police extending the green light on Englishtown Road and the increased traffic flow.
