Historic hotel designed c. 1930 in the Art Deco style by Sylvan Bien and Harry M. Prince with interiors by Theo. Hofstatter & Company. It was built for Moses Ginsberg as a residential hotel. Decorative terra cotta elements at the parapet were fabricated by the Atlantic Terra Cotta Co. In 1967, the hotel was purchased by a partnership of Jerome L. Greene, Norman L. Peck, and Peter Jay Sharp.
