  I JUST WANT TO KNOW BOUT THE PLACE..IS THERE ANY PARK THERE????

  There is a monument (to a deceased prime minister I think), flower gardens and a large open grassed area. Not really much to do there but walk around and look at the views; it's probably about 60m above the surrounding land at the top. Also known as Bastion point, which carries a history of Maori occupation and conflict with European occupation/the Treaty of Waitangi.
