This building is currently being used by BAE Systems as a electrical/electronics shop. It also contains the rigging loft.

"Originally built as a copper shop, blazing room, marine tool room, flanges, a pipe shop and a marine electrical shop; Bethlehem Steel used the building as a light shop and boilermaker shop. Later, Todd Shipyards used the building as a machine shop that also housed electric riggers. This square-plan, reinforced concrete structure is two stories high, with a double gable, geometrically shaped parapet. Windows are steel, multi-plane, double-hung and awning sash."
