This is a traffic circle connecting U.S. Route 29, U.S. Route 50, Virginia Route 237, and Old Lee Highway. U.S. Route 50 (Fairfax Boulevard) runs straight through the middle of the circle. U.S. Route 29 enters with Route 50 to the west and turns north to follow Lee Highway, along with Virginia Route 237. Route 237 turns and continues east with Route 50. Old Lee Highway is the south leg. The circle was first constructed in the 1940s.
