Opened on November 8, 1985, the original building consisted of only three floors (2 floors and 1 basement). Its original structure has evolved through the years. A fourth floor has recently been added to keep up with demand. As the hub of the retail complex, the City Center has an extensive variety of retail establishments, including the mall's main anchors: The SM Store and the SM Supermarket.
