Lakeside Residences is located behind Tesco hypermarket and YTL Land & Development Bhd's Lake Edge and Malton Bhd's Mutiara Puchong developments. The development is accessible from the Damansara-Puchong, Kesas and Bukit Jalil highway. Nearby amenities include IOI Mall and hypermarkets, shops and offices.

The second phase, which will feature properties with slightly larger built-ups, will be launched early next year. The semidees will have lot sizes of 40ft by 80ft and built-ups of between 3,000 and 3,200 sq ft.
