honnali is simply great place to visit. it is known as second mantralaya.A beautiful raghavendra swamy temple and sri channappa swamy temple is there.It has given me so much. I am really greatful to the people of honnali for all the help and cooperation they have given to me. In kannada honna means gold.....in the times of vijayanagar empire people use to sell gold on streets....hence name honnali. Tuggalahalli temple and thirtha rameshwar temples are also worth wathing.
