Notes: This congregation was first located at 14th and Arapahoe from the 1860s or 70s until November 7th, 1881. It was then moved to its first cathedral at the corner of 20th and Welton. On May 15th, 1903 a fire destroyed the cathedral, issuing in the need for the current one. It was designed and the corner stone was laid on January 24, 1909. The first service was held at this new cathedral on November 5, 1911.
