Since joining EUROCEMENT Group in 2002, the plant uses quality management system compliant with ISO:9000 standards.

Quality management system used in ZAO Maltsovsky Portlandcement was recertified for compliance with GOST R ISO 9000:2001 standard in 2004. The plant received compliance certificates from GOST R as well as Rosstroysertifikaciya voluntary certification body.
