ZAO Belgorodsky cement, integrated in ZAO EUROCEMENT group in 2005, is one of the best plants of Russian cement industry. ZAO Belgorodsky cement was the first among CIS cement plants who obtained DIN 1164 quality certificate in 1998. Due to high quality of Belgorod cements the plant ranges among leading global manufacturers.

For the plant operation period of 60 years more than 100 MT of cement were delivered to consumers. Belgorod cement is well known among Russian construction companies, as well as in 45 countries of the world. It as applied for construction of residential and administration buildings, undergrounds, aerodromes, hydro technical buildings, bridges, TV towers and other important buildings. Advanced geographical position of the plant near Russian-Ukraine border enables to successfully develop import-export transactions.

Annually the plant supplies to the market more than 2 MT of high-quality production. In order to completely satisfy the market, in 2006 the new cement grinding department with three cement mills with the capacity 1 MT was put into operation. All cement grades produced by the plant are certified under GOST R voluntary certification system. Two cement grades are certified for compliance with grades СEM I 42,5 N и CEM II/A-S 32,5 N under the standard EN-197-1:2000 by the Quality control organization test laboratory of the Union of German cement plants (Dusseldorf, Germany). Test laboratory for carrying out of physical-mechanical tests is equipped with modern instrumentation brand ELE International (Great Britain).

Plant’s products were more than once awarded by different international organizations: in 2006 Belgorodsky cement took part in the national program "All-Russian brand (III Millennium). XXI century quality" and was awarded "Golden quality mark", being the highest award. The same year, according to the results of the competition "100 best products of Russia" three types of cement (PC 500-D0, PC 400-D20 and PC 500-D0-N) were awarded laureate diploma, and Portland cement for asbestos cement products was awarded First Class diploma.
