Headquarters Offices of the Baltiysk Naval Base of the Twice Red Banner Baltic Fleet.

The infantry barracks (now the headquarters of the Baltiysk base of the Baltic Fleet) - is a complex of brick buildings in the city center. The complex was built in the early 20th century and consisted of the northern, southern and railway barracks buildings. In the first half of the 20th century it housed the military garrison of the German Army in Pillau. In the 1920s & 30s they were transferred and it became a military stores of the army.

During the Second World War, the barracks were prepared for the submarine service in the German Navy submarine ships. During the storm in the spring of 1945 Pillau barracks seriously damaged, but later (in the 1950s) were restored.

After the war, it was the location of the base of the Baltic Fleet in Baltisk. The infantry barracks are a monument of German architecture of the early 20th century.The Headquarters of the Baltic Fleet itself are located at 1 Ul. grekova (ул. Грекова) in Kaliningrad City
