Village in Kaliningrad Oblast, Guryevsk district, Novo-Moskovskoye rural commune.
Near current settlement is a battlefield of Pokarwis battle. During the Great Prussian Uprising in 1261 january 22th old prussians (natangians) army commanded by Herkus Mantas (Hercus Monte) achieved an important victory against invaders teutonic knights. This victory allowed central Prussia to be independent from invaders, more prussians joined the Uprising.
