Many of the graves are believed to be colonial era and possibly Hessian soldiers. There was an iron fence enclosing part of the area at one time, now gone. The only remaining legible stones are those of the Conner family. One Civil War Soldier. Most graves are unmarked, there are many obvious depressions. Possibly more burials scattered in the woods, and there are several piles of field stones.

Land previously owned by the Selecman family now property of the Water Authority. The place is somewhat maintained today by the adjacent senior citizens' complex which has constructed a gazebo and walking path in the area.
