Crosspointe is a census-designated place and large neighborhood developed mostly in the late 1980s and 1990s, but also into the early 2000s. As of 2010, it had a population of 5,802. It features a unique melange of Colonial and Neo-eclectic single-family homes constructed by a variety of home builders, including Cross-Built Homes, Craftmark Homes, Richmond-American Homes, Pulte Homes, Edgemoore Homes and NV Homes. The neighborhood features prominent and highly decorated entry gates as well as high-tension power lines running through its center.
