AT&T Long Lines Microwave Tower (KMC31, KMC67) Callsigns

Originally built as an AT&T Long Lines facility and informally referred to as Microwave Hill. It had primary paths to the Oakland, Vaca Hill, and Mount Diablo facilities. Miscellaneous paths included a private line to Fremont FAA (possibly Allison Peak) site, TV feed to San Jose, a private line to Palo Alto Wall Street Journal Office, and a TV feed to 140 (SF office).

East Bay Hills was located within Tilden Park, which is owned and operated by the East Bay Regional Park District. Tilden Park is East of the City of Berkeley.

On top of the roof there were old microwave horns (large pyramidal shape) used in the very first Long Lines paths. As of 2003 the tower has been dehorned. by John LaRue.
