  Dear sir/madam this is neeru sharma and i want to complain about indane lpg cilinder,my gas connection is in my father-in-laws name(g.k.sharma) and my consumer no.is35383 and i have booked my cilinder on 8th march.According to online booking delivery dt was 2nd april,cilinder has not delivered and i found trough phone that my dt has been shifted to 8th april.8th April also i have not recd cylinder. yesterday on 14th april i went prarthana gas agency moovarsampet they told 2nd saturday holiday ok no problem now online message is coming that gas will be delivered on 24th April sir,could you please tell me why Indane staff is playing with consumers booking.Last 3 days we are not able to cook then who is responsible for that.And your Prarthana gas agncy staff is totally misbehaved with me.Is this my fault.Kindly do something because i am also working i can not go daily to gas agency for no fault of mine.They have to deliver gas at my door step. thanking you neeru sharma,10/11,Rainbow Courtyard apts,Thirumular sambandham st.J.V.Nagar,Srinivasa ngr,madipakkam,Chennai -91-cell-8525891282

  My customernumber at Arjuna Agency is 3201. I have booked for a cylinder on 16/4/2012. Till this date cylinder has not been delivered to me inspite of having brought about the delay to the kind notice of the Chief Area Manager. The IOC is very eager to give new connections immediately, but is not in a position to supply cylinders to old customers in time. This makes clear that for the purpose of making money IOC is ready to give new connections but telling cock and bull stories to old customers in respect of delayed supplies.It is made clear sufficient stock is available to the extent of giving new connections immediately. This makes clear that IOC is adopting Unfair Trade Practices and adopting delaying tactives in delivering cylinders to old customers. I request the Chief Area Manager, Indane Area Office,Chennai 18 to issue suitable instructions to Distributors to avoid delayed supplies atleast in future.
