One of five remaining farms in Nassau County. The crops grown here are tomatoes and corn, with other vegetables trucked in and sold at the produce stand. This farm has existed through four generations of the Meyer family and was recently purchased by Nassau County, in a rare move to preserve the farm and stave off pressure from developers.
