pizhaku is one of the most beautiful villages,the main cultivation in pizhaku is rubber cultivation. the people in pizhaku are known for there discipline,sreekrishan temple is nearer to the village the most part of the temple lies on the pizhaku village so the temple known as pizhaku thrikkayil sreekeishna temple and there is another temple onthe northern part of the village ,its a devi temple known as elambrakodam devi kshethram.

Pizhaku situates in between Aimkombu and Kuringi. Pizhaku junction is also called Ramapuram junction. Ramapuram railway station is propossed to construct at Pizhaku. Punalore - Muvattupuzha state High way( SH 8) passing through Pizhaku.
