PHN Industry, a joint venture between PROTON Berhad, HICOM Holdings Berhad, Nagoya Oak Industry and Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan Industry was incorporated in October 1990.

The Company is presently involved in the stamping and sub-assembling of metal-based automotive components as well as dies manufacturing and dies maintenance. It has been appointed as PROTON's first tier vendor and caters for almost 74% of PROTON's local supply for Body-In-white category. PHN has embarked on computer integrated manufacturing system (MRPII), state-of-the-art robotic application and integrated dies manufacturing system to enhance its business operation.
