Due to be phased out and closed. Experimental Farm for agriculture research, one of it's tasks was to find a cure for Potato wart, a virus that came over from Ireland and infected Newfoundland's soil making it impossible to grow marketable potatoes here. They found the cure a few years back - which made the farm mostly obsolete.
