Location of a Boy Scout Camp shut down in the mid-1990's. Touted as the "Edge of adventure" the camp had staffing problems, would frequently loose water service and had generally nasty food. The camp's only real attraction was that it offered Horseback Riding merit badge, which was a real rarity in east coast camps.

It was closed and eventually bought by Ranch Hope, a private religious outfit that caters to troubled youth and special needs kids.
