Two mounds of unknown cultural affiliation are located in Flagstone Cemetery. The site occupies part of the broad elevated terraces of the Little Miami River and lies about two-thirds of a mile south of the river. The larger mound is located near the center of the cemetery. It is about 12 feet high and has a diameter of 90 feet by 110 feet at the base. Grass grows over the entire mound, and tree are growing on part of the east side. The smaller mound is near the eastern edge of the cemetery; it is only about 2 feet high and 40 feet in diameter.
