Anglican Church (Badnera)

India / Maharashtra / Amravati / Badnera

This small but elegant church with impressive steeple built of red bricks has big front door and stained glass windows on both sides and an apse in the rear. It is said that the G.I.P. Railway built this church and a Christian cemetery not far off from it, for their English employees when construction of railways was in progress from 1860 onwards in this region.
