Alfersteg is a hamlet on the border of Lommersweiler and Schönberg, both sub-municipalities of the city of St. Vith in the Belgian province of Liège.
The Ferraris map from the 1770s depicts a border hamlet called Alfferstech here, with only a few buildings on either bank of the Our River. At that time, the Our River formed the border between the Duchy of Luxembourg to the west and the Electorate of Trier to the east.
