Greenfields Manor was built in 1927 as the Lauer-Gibbs Estate. The Lauer family founded the National Brewers Association and owned one of the largest breweries in the City of Reading. This mansion was constructed as a wedding gift for heiress Florence Lauer. A separate service and chauffer building was also constructed on the property. Stables erected in 1991. Subdivided yard in early 2000s. Major renovations and conservatory addition in 2018.
