The "Stephan Ludwig Roth" High School is one of the biggest schools in Medias, also the oldest high school in the city. The high school has a real tradition in the field of teaching in German, dosen of students graduate each year the 12th class with high knowledge of German. The school has his name from the well known pastor and teacher Stephan Ludwig Roth, who participated on the 1948 Revolution and was for several years director of the former "German High School", the current high school that bears his name.
The "Stephan Ludwig Roth" High School has a history that stretches more than 400 years.
