Sub-divided houses. Late C16 early C17. Remodelled in C18. Earlier brick facade mostly replanted by C20 red brick. No. 71 has gault brick facade. Plain tiled roofs with brock parapets to gables of No. 72 The west gable contains stone from the Augustinian Friary c1294 which originally occupied the site.
