The residential area called Titan Township, falls under
Mathigiri Village juridiction. The township contains unique
row houses designed by Charles Corea with unique
common areas. The area was initially exclusive to Titan
Industries employees (Titan watches and Tanishq
Jewellery), but now open to the general public.

  • "Titan Township" is the place that my wife Sabita and I, have chosen, to spend our retired life, right now we are living in Dubai, as I am owning a company here. We chose Hosur because people are excellent and the climate is fantastic, cooler than Bangalore because it is located at a higher altitude,(no wonder it is known as Mini England)and Titan we believe is the best place to live because of its tranquility, cleanliness, greenery, security and it is indeed a very well kept Township, it has maintained the high standards, set by JRD TATA Enterprises. Besides the Hosur Railway Station is only about 7 km away from Titan and the New Bus Terminus is about 10km away,and hopefully, if the THALI Airport in Hosur gets upgraded then it will make the place even more attractive because people living in Hosur need not go to Bangalore to catch a flight. In fact from Titan everything is within reach, fresh fruits & vegetables, supermarkets, fast food joints etc.. We are planning to build our Dream House closer to retirement. We have 2 daughters (Anisha & Ansika) and a son (Akash), and they too have fallen in love with this place and the sincerity of the nice people who level in Hosur. Vijay PS: My elder brother Prasad and his wife Rajshree, Son Arjun & daughter Aditi (daughter in law Sathya) also live in Hosur, as Prasad owns a factory at Hosur.
