4-story hotel originally completed as a townhouse in 1874. The rear building was built in 1898. The front facade is clad in red brick. The central entrance has a glass door framed in red-painted wood and topped by a grey metal cornice. To either side are two windows with grey-painted stone sills and cornices. Two wall lanterns flank the doorway.

The upper floors have four bays of windows also with grey sills and cornices. Air-conditioning vents are cut below the sills of the outer windows. A grey metal fire escape with full-width landings runs down the facade, which is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels.

The boutique hotel has 22 guest rooms, with a small garden courtyard between the front and rear buildings.
