3-story religious building originally completed in 1910 as a commercial building, and undergoing multiple renovations since. In 2019 the facade is refaced in white pre-cast stone blocks. The ground floor has a central glass door, and a plate-glass window on either side; all three of these openings are recessed, atop a granite step. The upper floors have three single-windows, taller on the 2nd floor, recessed into the facade, with simple, peaked lintels. A simple metal coping marks the roof line. The building is occupied by Chosen People Ministries.
