15-story Neo-Georgian cooperative-apartment building completed in 1925. Designed by George F. Pelham, it is clad in reddish-brown brick above a ground floor of banded limestone with a granite water tower. The main entrance is slightly right of center, with brass-and-glass double-doors flanked by stone pilasters with carved ornament and topped by a cornice, with a rounded, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. To the right are two double-window bays, and to the left is a set of paired windows, and a secondary entrance paired with a narrow window.
The upper floors have brick quoins at the edges, with double-window end bays and two bays of paired windows in the middle, as well as a bay of small bathroom windows between the eastern two bays. At the 2nd floor the four main window bays have banded stone surrounds, and the 3rd floor is topped by a stone cornice with alternating rosettes and fronds, with dentils along the upper edge.
The end bays at the 4th floor are framed by pilasters with hanging pendants, and those at the 5th floor have engaged balustrade panels below them, slender spiral columns to the sides, and carved panels above surmounted by dentils and arched pediments broken by shields. The middle two bays at the 10th floor are underlined by a slightly-projecting stone panel with engaged balusters, carried on six acanthus-leaf console brackets. A stone cornice sets off the 14th floor, and the end bays at the 14th-15th floors have stone pilasters framing them, with stone spandrel panel in between. The pilasters at the 15th floor have hanging pendants, and the windows are topped by arched pediments broken by shields, like those at the 5th floor. The facade is crowned by a green metal roof cornice.
The east side elevation is clad in tan brick, with a bay of single-windows near the front edge, and a light well at the middle lined with single-windows. The west side elevation is similar, without the light well. The building contains 28 apartments.
