Completed in 2011, this 40-storey (168.03 metres) office building was constructed at a cost of nearly RM500 million. It was a joint venture development between Glomac Berhad www.glomac.com.my/ and Al Batha Group www.albathagroup.com/ The building is a Grade A mixed commercial development project comprising shop offices, office suites, and serviced apartments.

  • but now still RM6 - RM10 per entry parking
  • Construction was started in late April 2008.
  • The 40-storey office tower next to the KLCC Petronas twin towerswas sold to Prestige Scale Sdn Bhd. Now rename as MENARA PRESTIGE.
  • This building management looking suitable candidate for Concierge-Clerk position. Too bad, the building director prefer 'non-tudung' girl, giving "WEARING TUDUNG IS ONLY MAKE THE BUILDING LESS PRESTIGIOUS" as an excuse not to employ faithful Muslim worker.
  • Is it right? How about the fat guy there? I heard the staff should be a woman, but that fat guy always sit there.
