The Cellasto plant manufactures automobile suspension parts by curing a mixture of polyol and diisocyanate with catalysts/inhibitors. Polyol and di isocyanate are initially reacted under heat into a prepolymer in one of five reactors. The prepolymer is dosed with an initiator into a heated mold and a urethane plastic is produced. The plastics are cured in ovens and shaken ("deburred") to remove imperfections. Parts produced include jounce bumpers, top mounts and coil spring isolators
