This building was originally a Pillsbury-owned restaurant called The Rafters. It was converted into a longtime Bennigan's location which closed sometime in the 2000s.

The last occupant of the building, The Alley Cat restaurant, opened in 2009, and closed on October 29th, 2022. The building is set to be demolished.
