This is a compressed diamond interchange between Interstate 77 (West Virginia Turnpike) and County Route 7 (Mercer Springs Road) near Gardner, West Virginia. Brush Creek passes through the interchange, north of Route 7. The interchange was constructed around 1977 to 1979 as the West Virginia Turnpike was widened to four lanes. It has not been significantly modified since.
