Former Shore Theatre which was designed c. 1925 by Reilly & Hall with Samuel Lewis Malkind as associate architect for Loew’s. It is now abandoned and in derelict condition. A conversion is in the works to become a boutique hotel by Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects for PYE Properties.
