Most of This Development within the Sandlake Corridor was the former estate of the Phillips Family, This Area was his estate and groves which he was heir to the Dr.Phillilps Citrus Family. Approx. 200 acres of Citrus Grove was still operated by Walter until his death. Both Himself and his brother both died without any children.
Walter Phillips Estate Was Given to the Orange County Sheriffs Office.
