Orginal property owner "Kerina, Inc" which stills owns the surrounding property seemed to have transferred this plot of land in October of 2000, the property which was slated for it to become "Orlando Volleyball Academy" and construction started on building sometime in the year of 2003, Looks like Foundations and concrete slab were poured with the structural steel erected but by 2005 all materials and job site trailers were gone. By 2008 the property title was issued to Elkins Constructors Inc which points to that project ran out of funds and the contractor was forced to issue a lien on the property. In February of 2017, the property was sold to the Amateur Athletic Union Of The United States Inc. no further plans nor details have been mention.
