Freight and passenger depot serving Waterloo on LVRRs Seneca Falls branch. Passenger service ended on the branch in 1916, after which the station handled boxcar freight shipments until being closed by LVRR in the 1950s. The statoion was demolished by Conrail in the late 1970s as they tore up the former LVRR trackage.
