Skyway over Washington Ave. It's a fully enclosed pedestrian bridge that connects Blegen Hall with Willey Hall. The east side is glassed and allows a view of the elevated plaza and upper level of the Washington Ave bridge. The west side is a very narrow strip of offices and shops. It contains a TCF Bank, Univ Legal Services office, and a Gopher Express convenience store.
