Former animation studio of Charles Mintz, former Disney animator who created the popular cartoon character, Oswald the Luck Rabbit, distributed by Disney. Mintz hired all of Disney's animators except Ub Iwerks and move to this location from the original studio at 1154 N. Western. Studio located here between ca 1930 and ca 1940. Became a part of Columbia's Screen Gems in 1933. The producer of the popular cartoon series Krazy Katz and Scrappy.
