Historic pair of houses, plus carriage house (all of which now make up the Torrington Historical Society museum complex) listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The complex consists of:

- Hotchkiss-Fyler House (southern building) - Chateauesque Victorian in style, built 1898-1900 to a design by New Haven architect William H. Allen.
- Carson House (northern building) - Italianate in style, completed in 1880.
- carriage house (eastern building) - Queen Anne in style, built in 1895.

Also known as the Fyler-Hotchkiss Estate, the complex was listed on the NRHP on February 12th, 1987 for its significance in the areas of politics/government and architecture. The complex is also a contributing property to the Downtown Torrington Historic District. The Hotchkiss-Fyler House, which is the complex's centerpiece, was built for Orsamus R. Fyler, a prominent local and state politician who also served in the U.S. Civil War.
