Work on the "old" settling ponds was stopped from about 2010, then they were filled up in several stages over the next decade. An anaerobic sludge digestion plant was then built on two parts. In another part, a new group of ring water treatment tanks had been created even before that. The rest sections for 2021 remain abandoned, perhaps in the future some new facilities will be built there.
