USCG Station Ketchikan is a multi-purpose station in the US Coast Guard's 17th District, serving as the homeport for USGC Small Boat Station Ketchikan, Integrated Support Command (ISC) Ketchikan, Electronics Support Detachment (ESD) Ketchikan, and the Cutters USCGC Acushnet (WMEC-167) and USCGC Naushon (WPB-1311) and their crews.

Additionally, the station is also home to a USCG Base Support Unit which operates a haul-out facility for the 110ft Cutters in the USCG's 17th District and also construct and maintain Aids to Navigation for the district. The station's small boats have an Area of Responsibility (AOR) from the US/Canadian border in the south to upper Behm Canal and Thorne Bay in the north, covering over 10,000 nautical miles of coastline. The station's larger cutters operate in the open Pacific out to the edge of US territorial waters and the limit of the US EEZ. All operations and cutters at Station Ketchikan report to USCG Sector Juneau.
