Parking lot often used for downtown events, such as Padres games at Petco Parka nd San Diego Comic-Con.

The lot was utilized in early 2021 as a large-scale vaccination station called the Vaccination Super Station. The County of San Diego utilized the lot in conjunction with the City of San Diego, the University of California San Diego Health, and the San Diego Padres baseball team to vaccinate thousands of people each day.
