Formerly Uptown Trading Post (sometimes known as Uptown Trading Gifts or Uptown Trading Gifts & Moccasins) from 1939 until around December 2021 is now a cowboy/western-themed gift shop

The perfect mix of style and sass. A touch of Nashville, located and established in Wisconsin. Boots, boutique, and a little splash of our own unique products. We offer a taste of cowboy country, here in the Midwest and provide styles that are unique to your cowboy and cowgirl needs or desires. Southern belles, show kids, and street shoppin’ locals — join us at The Pickled Cowboy.

Our store was established on May 15, 2022 and we are thankful for you joining us on this cowboy journey.

There was a need for a high quality boot shop in our area, as well as western wear, apparel, and home goods so we took on the challenge and it aligned with our dreams after countless trips to Tennessee and Texas. Folks got style, we know that for sure. We plan to grow and evolve, with that being said feedback is always appreciated. Again, we are so thankful for each of you and your support.

All of our products are designed, hand picked, and styled with love. Our promise to provide high quality products guides you to a confident style with a bold edge. Here you will also find our top selling pickles and seasonings for a fast and easy re-stock to your kitchen. You can also find styles and sizes of boots handcrafted and designed for you.
